A: It is simple. Connect the device to any Windows or Mac computer via the USB cable (Micro-USB or USB-C). The device appears as a removable drive. Simply drag and drop your video files (MP4, AVI) into the folder. Safely eject the drive, close the brochure (or box lid), and reopen it to play the new video automatically.

Q: What video formats are supported?

A: Our standard modules support MP4 (H.264), AVI, MOV, and MPG. For best compatibility and smallest file size, we recommend converting your video to MP4 format before uploading.

2. Battery & Hardware

Q: How long does the battery last, and how do I charge it?

A: Battery life ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours of continuous playback. For video brochures and boxes, the battery typically lasts for 300-500 playbacks per full charge. Recharge it via the same USB cable connected to a power adapter or computer port. A full charge usually takes 2-3 hours.

Q: Why does the video stop when I close the brochure?

A: This is a feature of the Magnetic Hall Sensor Switch. A magnet in the cover activates the sensor in the module when open. When you close the cover, the magnetic field shifts, signaling the module to pause playback instantly. This saves battery and protects your content privacy.

3. NFC & Special Features

Q: How does the NFC functionality work on the video card?

A: The NFC chip acts as a digital handshake. When tapped with a smartphone (Android or iOS), it can trigger three actions: 1) Open a specific URL (website), 2) Play the video automatically, or 3) Save your vCard/contact information directly to the phone. No app is needed for the user.

Q: Are the eco-friendly video brochures durable?

A: Yes. Our eco-friendly brochures use FSC-certified paper and bioplastics for the housing, but the internal electronics (screen, PCB, battery) are standard industrial grade. The paper shell is designed to be sturdy, and the module can be easily removed for recycling or upgrading the content later.
