How long does production take?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 working days after artwork approval. Rush orders (5–7 days) available upon request.

Do you offer OEM/ODM services?

Yes. We support full OEM (your brand) and ODM (custom design) projects, including firmware customization and private labeling.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from and to?

We ship globally from our facilities in Shenzhen and Dongguan, China. DHL/FedEx express (3–5 days), sea freight also available.

Are batteries safe for air transport?

Yes. All lithium batteries are UN 38.3 certified and packed according to IATA dangerous goods regulations.

How long does the battery last?

Battery life ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours continuous playback, depending on screen size and brightness. Rechargeable via USB-C/micro-USB.

Is there a warranty?

Yes. All electronic components come with a 1-year warranty. Extended warranties available for enterprise clients.
